Fringe is a kosher chef restaurant inside the Jerusalem Theatre on David Marcus Street, one of the places of the Talbiye group, which also runs Talbiye, the Wine Bar, Gelato Variegato and two burger restaurants in the city. It calls its cooking a Levantine fringe kitchen and says it works only with local produce, with a choice of dishes from the sea and the land, and beside the menu it pours a cocktail and spirits list of its own. Private events of up to 50 guests can be held there. It opens for the evening, Sunday to Thursday from 17:00 to midnight, and is closed on Friday and Saturday.
