A gluten-free restaurant, deli and wine bar on Bezalel Street in the city centre, started by a family that joined the coeliac community.

Kazze, at 7 Bezalel Street on the corner of Trumpeldor, began when its owners' family joined the coeliac community and found a whole population that was not being served, its site says. Everything is gluten-free, fresh every day and handmade: in the restaurant fresh salads, hot pastas, handmade gnocchi and its pizzas; in the deli fridges, house salads and spreads made in its own kitchen to take home; and at night a glass of wine with a light bite at its wine bar. It delivers to homes, offices and picnics, prepares hosting trays and catering, and is under Tzohar kashrut supervision.
