A distillery with a visitor centre on Agripas Street, a few steps from Mahane Yehuda market, that makes vodka, gin and bourbon.

Thinkers is a distillery at 88 Agripas Street, a few steps from Mahane Yehuda market. Its site says the place is part laboratory, part workshop and part creative space, and that the water blended into its spirits is harvested from the Jerusalem air. Visitors come for workshops: an introduction to the history of alcohol and to how the spirits are made, with tastings of all of them, a cocktail and a light snack, and longer sessions with the house mixologist. The shop on its site sells its vodka, gins and bourbon, and the visitor centre also takes private events.
