Noyland is a café and deli on HaOranim Street, across from the wadi, opened in late 2024 by Netzer Shabtai and Shiran Pomerantz, a couple who spent close to 30 years producing shows and events, among them concerts by the Rolling Stones, Madonna and Paul McCartney, and the Eurovision. By the owners' account the name means "new land", and everything is made there every day: sandwiches, salads, savoury pastries and a wide range of sweet ones, with specialty coffee roasted locally by Blooms. The walls hang with art for sale, curated by the founders of the Tzeva Tari exhibition, beside a shop of designed pieces for the home. Its own Instagram introduced Neve, who grew up in Pardes Hanna, as its kitchen manager in September 2025. In December 2024 mako's reviewer called its cinnamon bun, round and soft under a sour cream frosting, the star of the counter; it cost 18 shekels. It opens at 8:00, closes at 15:00 on Friday and is closed on Shabbat.

Sources disagree on these hours
Its Instagram bio gives 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday until 15:00, and the Omanut BaMoshava festival's page for it says it does not open on Shabbat. In early 2025 the owners' interview and PassportNews gave Sunday to Thursday 8:00 to 20:00 and Friday 8:00 to 15:00; d.co.il lists Sunday to Thursday 7:30 to 19:30 and Friday 9:00 to 13:00.
