CookieMe is a small café built around chocolate chip cookies, opened by Matan and Noa, who left Tel Aviv in 2020 to settle among the green fields beside Pardes Hanna. Its site tells how quiet nights in the moshav brought back late-night cravings, and how an obsession with cookies grew into a business of warm cookies at the hours people want them most: half a year of deliveries from their home, and then a little café with good music, fine drinks and the feel of a home. Everything is handmade, with vegan and gluten-free choices, and it hosts happy hours, birthdays and company and private events. It opens from 13:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Wednesday, from 09:00 on Thursday and until 15:00 on Friday.
