A specialty coffee roastery with a coffee cart in the HaYadit compound of Pardes Hanna-Karkur's industrial zone.

Blooms is a coffee roastery and coffee cart at 1 HaHaroshet Street, in the HaYadit compound. Its owner, Assaf, writes that he has chased coffee for close to twenty years, since a bartending course after the army: he planned his coffee cart first and a roastery within two years, and every day he roasts, grinds and tastes until the flavours are the ones he wants. It sells freshly roasted specialty coffee, single origins and blends, cold brew, gift boxes and coffee gear online, with free pickup at the cart, which serves coffee from 07:00 on weekdays and until 15:30 on Fridays.
