Pasta Loco is a small Italian restaurant run by a couple, Gilad, the chef, and Adi, who hosts and runs the floor, and their daughters wait tables. They opened it in Hadera in 2015 and moved it at the end of 2025 to a shopping centre at 17 Derech HaBanim in Pardes Hanna. The menu is kosher and dairy: fresh pasta cooked al dente, Neapolitan pizza from dough made on site and baked in a stone taboon that its own site calls the heart of the restaurant, salads, and house desserts such as Gilad's tiramisu and zeppole, with vegan and gluten-free dishes too. There is also a surprise dish that the chef makes for each diner. mako's review described an open kitchen with the taboon, about ten close-set tables and, outside, a wooden pergola built around a large tree. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 to 17:00, and until 22:00 on Tuesday and Thursday, and is closed on Friday and Saturday.
