The Dizengoff shop of Ruti Brodo's patisserie, which began in 2005 with a New York style cheesecake

Bakery is Ruti Brodo's patisserie, which bakes fresh breads and cakes. Its site tells that the story began in 2005 on Yad Harutzim Street in Tel Aviv, with Brodo's New York style cheesecake, baked for the diners of the Coffee Bar restaurant; the chocolate cake and the apple pie followed. Today its site lists five shops in Tel Aviv, among them this one at 260 Dizengoff Street, and it sells sourdough breads, cakes and trays for events, with delivery to the home through its online shop. The Dizengoff shop is open every day, Saturday morning included.
