A family boutique bakery of sourdough breads in the Gan HaHashmal neighbourhood, baking since 2007

HaMotzi Lechem is a family boutique bakery in the Gan HaHashmal neighbourhood, founded in 2007. Its site says baker Yoel Attia is a second-generation baker with 35 years in the trade and one of the first to bring the French baguette to Israel. The sourdough loaves are made by hand, without preservatives, from natural raw materials: French country bread, wholemeal with Kalamata olives, with seeds, with pecans, hazelnuts and raisins, pure spelt, and rye with walnuts. The factory shop is on Mikve Israel Street, and the site names a second shop at 9 Jascha Heifetz Street.
