Muma's Kubane is the bar and concept shop of the Muma restaurant of Kiryat Anavim, on Ben Yehuda Street. It sells the restaurant's kubane-brioche, a rich and airy pastry of yeast dough and butter that the chef-pâtissier developed from the family's recipe for Yemenite kubaneh and that has been on the restaurant's menu since 2014. The shop serves it in several versions beside a series of savoury and sweet chef's dips, small dishes, wines and drinks, to sit in or to collect, and the space is also home to the group's creative studio, M. On Friday and Saturday it serves brunch.
