A neighbourhood café and restaurant on the corner of Pinsker and Shneor streets, with breakfast served every day until 16:00

Cafe Shneor sits at the junction of Pinsker and Shneor streets, in what its site calls one of the prettiest hidden corners of the city centre. It serves a wide menu of local cuisine with wines and light cocktails, and breakfast every day from 7:30 to 16:00. Seating is by free table; a table for more than six can be reserved, and from 16:00 tables are booked through its site. It does not deliver, takes orders to collect, and says there is a shelter in the building across the road, at 2 Zalman Shneor Street. It is open from Sunday to Thursday until 22:30 and on Friday until 18:00, and is closed on Saturday.
