A kosher Hawaiian kitchen of poke bowls in Sarona Market, where the chain began

Aloha is a kosher Hawaiian restaurant in Sarona Market, the first of the chain's two restaurants; the second is at BSR City in Petah Tikva. Its site says it was born from one simple wish, to break everything people thought they knew about poke, and calls its cooking Hawaiian with an Asian touch, where every bowl is a composition rather than a template and the cooks lead, the way a singer picks the song. Besides the poke bowls, the menu has rice dishes from the Hawaiian kitchen such as Koa Moa and Choka steak, seared rice-paper rolls, wings and soups. From Sunday to Thursday it is open from 11:15 to 22:00, and on Friday until 15:00.
