Chef Moshik Roth's fine-dining restaurant in a Templer building in Sarona, serving a seasonal tasting menu of about ten courses

&Moshik is chef Moshik Roth's fine-dining restaurant at 4 Tzvi Strachilevich Street in Sarona, in the first Templer building on the left from the Sarona Market car park, which its site calls the only lilac-coloured building in Sarona. The kitchen serves a seasonal tasting menu of about ten courses in eight acts, at 950 shekels a person, in four fixed versions: classic, classic without seafood, dairy and fish, and vegetarian. Its site says the chef's cooking draws on two decades of journeys through other cultures and, back in his homeland, on local produce and the flavours of the Mediterranean. The cellar holds about 400 labels with two wine pairings, and the restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday, 18:00 to 23:00.
