Arale Pizza is a chef's pizza bar at 123 Dizengoff Street. Its site says its pizza has a thick crust and is baked on bricks, which gives it its taste, and that gluten-free and vegan pizzas are on the menu too. The special pizzas include goose breast with charred onion and mushrooms; Roquefort with crème fraîche, charred onion and rocket; potato with olive oil, garlic and corn; polenta with shimeji mushrooms, roasted corn and Parmesan; smoked salmon with cherry tomatoes and red onion; and roasted sweet potato with feta. Beside them come salads such as halloumi or artichoke in truffle, and desserts such as vegan malabi and a roll of dough with Nutella, banana and goat's cheese. It is open every day from midday, Friday and Saturday included, until the small hours of the night, and it also delivers.
