Sun Young is an Asian fusion restaurant in the designed space of the INK Hotel at 14 Brenner Street, in the middle of Tel Aviv. Its site says its kitchen joins cooking techniques and ingredients from the Far East with touches of the Mediterranean: Asian classics in up-to-date versions, sushi and nigiri, and fish and meat from the robata grill, with a long list of Israeli and foreign wines and a cocktail menu. Guests sit at the bar, in the lounge or in a private room that takes private and company events. It opens in the evening every day, and in the mornings it serves breakfast at 120 shekels a person, with bread and pastries, dips, salad, a hot drink and orange juice beside a dish such as kadaif omelette or green shakshuka. Diners get a 10 shekel voucher for the car park at 8 Balfour Street.
