Pub 40 was founded in 2011 as a social initiative of the Ramat Negev Regional Council and has served as a place for culture and live shows in the area; its menu says it now works as a burger bar with a varied menu and still holds shows all through the year. Its burgers are of 100% fresh meat in sizes of 200 or 400 grams, from a classic cheeseburger to versions with goose breast, a fried egg, onion rings or chilli pineapple, and any of them can be made with a vegan patty.
