פסק-דין

לאחר שמיעת טענות הצדדים ומתוקף הסכמתם כי פסק הדין יינתן על דרך הפשרה, אני מחייבת את המשיבה לשלם למערערים, יחד, סכום כולל של 80,000 ₪ בגין הוצאות ושכר טרחה, וזאת בנוסף לסך של 5,000 ₪ שנפסקו למערערים בבית משפט קמא.

אין צו להוצאות בערעור.
