פסק-דין

1.עתירה זו, שהוגשה בשנת 2012, ביקשה לאכוף על הרשויות לבצע צווי הפסקת עבודה והריסה שהוצאו לגבי מבנים בסמוך למאחז חוות גלעד. ביום 26.6.2013 הוצא צו על תנאי. בסופו של יום הוסרו המבנים באופן עצמאי, כך שהעתירה התייתרה. השאלה היחידה שנותרה על הפרק היא שאלת ההוצאות.

2.העתירה נמחקת איפוא. באשר להוצאות, סבורים אנו כי על המשיבים 4-1 לשאת בהוצאות בסך 10,000 ש"ח לזכות העותר וכך אנו מורים.
