Mordechai David was born in 1999

Mordechai David was born in 1999 and lives in Bnei Brak. In February 2021 he was convicted under a plea bargain of attempting to set fire to a bus during riots in Bnei Brak over coronavirus restrictions. In February 2022, while doing community service at the Ramat Gan Safari, he filmed a TikTok video inside the crocodile enclosure that went viral.

He did not serve in the IDF. In March 2026 he said the army did not want him because of his criminal record.

He started in 2023 as a counter-protester at demonstrations against the judicial overhaul. After the October 7 attacks he became known for disrupting rallies calling for a hostage deal. In July 2024 he set up Brothers for Justice, a network of WhatsApp groups that brings activists to heckle protesters, and in June 2025 he registered it as a nonprofit.

His targets have included opposition politicians, journalists, activists and former Supreme Court president Aharon Barak, and by October 2026 he had about 150,000 followers. Courts have issued several restraining orders against him, and police said 8 or 9 cases against him were open, though as of February 2026 he had not been indicted. He is aligned with Itamar Ben-Gvir, who recruited him to his campaign for the 2026 election, and he describes his activity as legal protest.
