Moshe Feiglin was born in 1962 in Haifa

Moshe Feiglin was born in Haifa in 1962 to Ya'akov Zvi and Esther Feiglin. His ancestors came to the Land of Israel in the First Aliyah, and his father served in the Jewish Settlement Police. The family moved to Rehovot, where he studied at the Tachkemoni school and later at Yeshivat Or Etzion.

He served in the IDF Engineering Corps, fought in the 1982 Lebanon War and left the army as a captain. He then ran a company that used rope rappelling for work on buildings.

In 1993 he co-founded Zo Artzeinu with Shmuel Sackett to oppose the Oslo Accords. The movement blocked intersections across the country in 1995, and in 1997 he was convicted of sedition and sentenced to 6 months, which he served as community service. In 1996 he founded Manhigut Yehudit, which joined Likud in 2000.

He ran for Likud chairman in 2002, 2005, 2007 and 2012 without winning. He was elected to the Knesset in 2013 and served as Deputy Speaker, then left Likud in 2015 and formed Zehut. He returned to Likud in 2021, left again in 2024 and was elected to the Knesset in 2026 on a joint list with the Religious Zionist Party.

He is married with 5 children and lives in Karnei Shomron.
