Sharon Alfasi was born in 1969

Sharon Alfasi was born on November 19, 1969, and grew up in Lod. He is married to Liat and has 4 children. His uncle is Simon Alfasi, a former mayor of Yokneam Illit.

He served as a fighter and commander in the Golani reconnaissance unit. In the reserves he served in the Egoz Unit and later volunteered as an investigator in the Etan unit.

In 1996 he moved to Beit Aryeh and worked in gardening. From 2010 to 2019 he was the community's security coordinator, and he helped found a local rescue unit. In 2014, during Operation Protective Edge, he was wounded by a mortar shell near the Gaza border, and his friend Dror Hanin was killed.

From 2019 to 2024 he was the security officer of the Shoham local council. He ran for head of the Beit Aryeh-Ofarim council, and in the March 2024 election he defeated Ran Mano with 62.7% of the vote.
