At six she moved with her family to Herzliya and began writing for the children's magazines Chupar and Pashosh. As a youth she hosted programs on Israeli Educational Television and interviewed Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres.

After her army service at Galei Zahal, she became a reporter for Channel 2 on religious affairs and then legal affairs. She later co-hosted the daily show Six With and, from 2006, the morning show A New Day. In 2009 she became the Knesset reporter and began a weekly Friday radio show with her husband on Galei Zahal.

In 2003 she married columnist and radio presenter Yedidya Meir, and they live in Jerusalem with their five children. In 2019 she was sent to North America as an emissary of World Mizrachi. In February 2025 she left Channel 12 news to focus on lecturing and writing books.
