18. הודעה על אי קיום הוראות
לא קויימה בשדה ובפקעות הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה, רשאי מפקח להודיע למגדל כי הפקעות מאותו שדה לא יאושרו ליצוא, בין שאי קיום ההוראות נתגלה בבדיקה הראשונה של השדה ובין בכל בדיקת שדה שלאחריה.
