8. בדיקת האתרוגים
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)לא ייצא אדם אתרוגים אלא אם הגישם לבדיקה למבקר במקום המיועד לכך בתחום נמל או שדה תעופה, או בכל מקום אחר שהורה עליו המנהל, לפני הפלגת כלי השיט או כלי הטיס.
(ב)(נמחקה).
(ג)המגיש אתרוגים לבדיקה יצרף למשלוח הודעה בכתב שבה צויינו פרטים נכונים אלה:
(1)שם היצואן;
(2)שם מקבל המשלוח ומענו;
(3)מספר התיבות שבמשלוח ומספר הפרי במשלוח;
(4)תאריך הגשת המשלוח לבדיקה.
