9. סמכויות המבקר
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)לאחר שנסתיימה הבדיקה יעשה המבקר אחד מאלה:
(1)יאשר את האתרוגים, כולם או מקצתם, כראויים ליצוא;
(2)יסרב לאשר את ייצוא האתרוגים כאמור, ואם עשה כן, ייתן תעודה המפרטת את נימוקי הסירוב;
(3)(נמחקה).
(ב)(נמחקה).
(ג)משלוח שהוגש לבדיקה לא יסולק ממקום הבדיקה לאחר הבדיקה, אלא לפי אישור בכתב מאת המבקר.
