בקשה לתיקון טעות סופר שנפלה בפירוט שבספר הזכויות או במסמך שהוציא הרשם, תוגש לרשם בכתב בציון פרטי הטעות ובצירוף קבלה על תשלום האגרה בשיעור שנקבע בתוספת.
