2. הודעה על הגשת בקשה בחוץ־לארץ
(א)היה בדעתו של אדם להגיש בקשה לרישום בחוץ־לארץ לפני הגשת בקשה לרישום בישראל, יודיע על כך בכתב בדואר רשום לרשם שלושים יום לפני הגשתה בחוץ־לארץ.
(ב)הגיש אדם בקשה לענין החוק או התקנות בחוץ־לארץ ולא הודיע כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא יהיה רשאי להגיש בקשה לרישום בישראל בשל אותו זן, אלא לאחר שציין בבקשה כאמור פרטים אלה: שמו ומענו, שם ארץ החוץ, ומספר הבקשה שם ותאריך הגשתה.
