1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”תנור“ – תנור הסקה דירתי הניזון בדלק נוזל והמצוייד בארובה לפליטת גזי שריפה, לרבות ארובה כאמור, מיתקן להעברת דלק ממיכל דלק לתנור וכל ציוד הדרוש להפעלת תנור או לפעולתו התקינה, אך למעט מיכל דלק להחסנת דלק מחוץ לבית;
”שירות החזקה“ – תיקון כל קלקול בתנור שנגרם בשימושו הרגיל, והחזקת התנור במצב תקין, בתקופה ובתנאים שנקבעו בתעודת אחריות או בכל מסמך אחר שניתן לקונה מטעם ספק התנור או מתקינו.
