2. איסור עריכת מירוץ מכוניות ללא רשיון
(א)לא יערוך אדם, לא ינהל, לא יארגן ולא יקיים מירוץ מכוניות או תחרויות מהירות בין כלי רכב מכל סוג ובכל צורה שהם אלא במסלול מירוץ.
(ב)לא יערוך אדם, לא ינהל, לא יארגן ולא יקיים מירוץ מכוניות אלא אם ניתן לו רשיון מאת הרשות ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון.
