Section 2 of תקנות מיסוי מקרקעין (שבח ורכישה) (קביעת אגרות בעד פעולות ושירותים), התש״ע–2009, תיאום סכומי האגרות.
2. תיאום סכומי האגרות
(א)הסכומים הנקובים בתקנה 1 יתואמו ב־16 בינואר של כל שנה (להלן – מועד התיאום), לפי שיעור עליית המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני מועד התיאום לעומת המדד הבסיסי, ויעוגלו לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב; לעניין פסקה זו, ”המדד הבסיסי“ – המדד שפורסם ביום כ״ט בטבת התש״ע (15 בינואר 2010).
(ב)המנהל יפרסם בהודעה ברשומות את הסכומים כפי שתואמו.
