16. משכורת ותשלומים אחרים
תיקון: תשכ״ט
משכורתו של נשיא המדינה ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו, ייקבעו על ידי החלטת הכנסת, והיא רשאית להסמיך לכך את ועדת הכספים; החלטות לפי סעיף זה יפורסמו ברשומות.
הכנסת הסמיכה את ועדת הכספים לקבוע את משכורתו של נשיא המדינה והתשלומים האחרים שישולמו לו בתקופת כהונתו (י״פ תשל״ד, 1734).
