26. ביטול
(א)בטלים –
(1)הנוסח שולב בחוק המעבר, תש״ט–1949;
(2)חוק כהונת נשיא המדינה, תשי״ב–1951.
(ב)החוק לקביעת משכורתם של נשיא המדינה, חברי הממשלה והרבנים הראשיים לישראל, תשי״א–1950, לא יחול עוד על משכורתו של נשיא המדינה או על התשלומים המגיעים לו או לשאיריו.
