9. הצהרת אמונים
הנשיא הנבחר יצהיר ויחתום בפני הכנסת הצהרת אמונים זו:
”אני מתחייב לשמור אמונים למדינת ישראל ולחוקיה ולמלא באמונה את תפקידי כנשיא המדינה“.
