4ב. הרחבת התחום לתחולת החזקה
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)לשם מניעת פגיעה בסביבה החופית, רשאי השר, בצו, להוסיף שטחים לתחום שבו תחול החזקה כאמור בסעיף 4א, ובלבד שלא יחרגו מתחום הסביבה החופית; הוספת שטחים כאמור הנוגעת לתחום נמל כהגדרתו בפקודת הנמלים [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971, תיעשה בהסכמת שר התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים.
(ב)שטח שהוסף לפי סעיף קטן (א), יסומן בידי מי שהשר הסמיך לכך, באופן שקבע השר לאחר התייעצות עם שר התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים.
