36. תלונה על מי
תיקון: תשל״א, תשל״ד
תלונה ניתנת להגשה על אחד מאלה:
(1)גוף מבוקר כמשמעותו בפסקאות (1) עד (6) לסעיף 9;
(2)אחד הגופים האמורים בפסקאות (7) ו־(8) לסעיף 9, במידה שהועדה או נציב תלונות הציבור החליטו שפרק זה יחול לגביו והודעה על כך נתפרסמה ברשומות;
(3)עובד, נושא משרה או ממלא תפקיד בגוף כאמור בפסקאות (1) ו־(2) לסעיף זה.
