ועדת הכספים של הכנסת תקבע את תקציב ועדות הבחירות על פי הצעת הועדה המרכזית; אוצר המדינה יעמיד כספי תקציב זה לרשות יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית שיהיה ממונה על הוצאתם.
