140. הוצאת תעודת זהות
לשכות מרשם האוכלוסין אינן חייבות להוציא תעודת זהות למי שלא ביקש אותה לפחות ארבעה עשר יום לפני יום הבחירות, אך מי שביקש תעודה עד אותו יום, חייבת לשכת המרשם להוציאה עד היום שלפני יום הבחירות.
