146. אצילת סמכויות
תיקון: תשמ״א־7, תשמ״ח־3
(א)שר הפנים רשאי לאצול מסמכויותיו לפי פרקים ג׳ ו־ה׳ וסעיף 71(א); אצל שר הפנים מסמכותו להכריע בעררים לפי סעיף 44, יפרסם על כך הודעה ברשומות.
(ב)הועדה המרכזית רשאית לאצול מסמכויותיה ליושב ראש הועדה יחד עם סגניו ולהעביר לביצועם תפקידים המוטלים עליה, למעט הסמכויות או התפקידים לפי סעיפים 17(ו), 19, 21(א), 68(ג), 76, 84, 137, 142 ו־145 והסמכות שלא לאשר רשימת מועמדים.
