ברשימת בוחרים יהיו שמות הבוחרים ערוכים זה מתחת לזה לפי סדר האלף־בית של שמות המשפחה ומסומנים במספרים סידוריים; בוחר שאין לו שם משפחה יירשם לפי סדר האלף־בית של שמו הפרטי.
