74א. מעטפות הצבעה
תיקון: תשנ״ב־7, תשס״ב, תשס״ג
(א)צבע מעטפות ההצבעה בבחירות יהיה כחול, אלא אם כן החליטה הועדה המרכזית אחרת, וצורתן תיקבע על ידי יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית וסגניו.
(ב)מעטפות ההצבעה יהיו אטומות.
(ג)ועדת הקלפי תמסור לכל בוחר שזוהה כאמור בסעיף 74(א) מעטפת הצבעה אחת.
