87. חילופי מועמדים
תיקון: תשס״א־5, תשס״ב
(א)מועמד יכול להתפטר בכל עת; את ההתפטרות יגיש המועמד בעצמו בכתב או ישלח אותה מחוץ לארץ במברק או במסמך אחר מאושר על ידי קונסול ישראלי או על ידי נוטריון, אל יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית, ואם כבר נבחר יושב ראש הכנסת – אל יושב ראש הכנסת; כתב התפטרות מוקדם – פסול.

(ב)התפטר או נפטר מועמד אחרי פרסום רשימות המועמדים ולפני יום הבחירות, תפרסם הועדה המרכזית הודעה על כך ברשומות.
