1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשמ״ז
בתקנות אלה –
”נכה“ – נכה שלגביו נתבקשה ועדה רפואית על ידי קצין תגמולים לקבוע את דרגת נכותו;
”בקשה“ – בקשה שהוגשה על ידי קצין תגמולים לועדה רפואית לקבוע את דרגת נכותו של נכה;
”מזכיר“ – מי שראש אגף השיקום או סגנו מינו לענין תקנות אלה.
