9. הודעת ההחלטה לנכה
תיקון: תש״ס
(א)קצין התגמולים יודיע לנכה את ההחלטה שנתקבלה בועדה, ויציין בגוף ההודעה שהנכה רשאי לערער על ההחלטה לפני הועדה הרפואית העליונה תוך ארבעים וחמישה ימים מיום שהגיעה אליו ההודעה.
(ב)הודעה לפי תקנת משנה (א) שנשלחה בדואר רשום, רואים אותה כאילו הגיעה לתעודתה כתום ששה ימים מיום מסירתה לדואר, אם לא הוכח שהגיעה ביום אחר.
