בתקנות אלה –
”רשות מוסמכת“ – רשות מוסמכת שמונתה לפי סעיף 2 לחוק;
”ועדה“ – ועדה רפואית שמונתה לפי סעיף 6 לחוק;
”סמל“ – סמל הנכים.
