11. תשלום רשות הנמלים למדינה
(א)בכל אחת משנות הכספים 1988, 1989 ו־1990 תשלם רשות הנמלים לאוצר המדינה סכום של 240 מיליון שקלים חדשים.
(ב)הסכום שישולם למדינה לפי סעיף זה ישמש להקטנת חובותיה.
