תיקון: תשע״ג
כל שינוי יסודי באתר רפואי כהגדרתו בתקנה 45, יחייב בדיקה חוזרת של החלק שבו בוצע שינוי וכן של כל חלקי המיתקן העשויים להיות מושפעים מהשינוי האמור; בדיקה זו תבוצע במועדים כנדרש בתקנה 38(א) ו־(ב).
