3. איסור צלילת יחיד
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשפ״ג
(א)לא יצלול אדם צלילה ספורטיבית אלא בלוויית אדם אחד נוסף לפחות, הצולל כדין, ואם טרם מלאו לו 15 שנים לא יצלול צלילה ספורטיבית אלא בלווית אדם אחד נוסף לפחות שמלאו לו 21 שנים והרשאי לצלול לפי חוק זה עד עומק של 30 מטרים מתחת לפני המים.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 2, רשאי מי שלא הוסמך להיות צולל ספורטיבי לצלול בלוויית מי שהוסמך להיות מדריך צלילה לפי סעיף 6, ובלבד שהצלילה מיועדת להדרכה בצלילה ספורטיבית.
