5. הגבלת מרכזי צלילה
(א)לא יפתח אדם מרכז צלילה ולא יקיים אותו אלא ברשיון ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון ולכללי הבטיחות והשירות שייקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)רשיון לפי סעיף זה יינתן מאת הרשות המוסמכת בהסכמת שר הפנים או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך.
(ג)רשיון לפי סעיף זה יכול שיהא מסוייג ויכול שתקופת תקפו תהא מוגבלת, הכל כפי שייקבע בתקנות.
