9. בקשה
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)(בוטל).
(ב)הרואה את עצמו נפגע על ידי צו הפסקה מינהלי, רשאי תוך 30 יום לבקש מבית משפט השלום שבתחום שיפוטו הוא מתגורר לבטל את הצו או לשנותו.
(ג)הגשת בקשה כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) לא תעכב את ביצועו של צו הפסקה מינהלי כל עוד לא החליט בית המשפט החלטה אחרת.
