10. נקיבת הפרש כוזב
נמצא כי ההפרש בין המחיר במזומן למחיר באשראי, או שיעור הריבית, או סכומה של תוספת אחרת, גדול למעשה מזה שעליו הודיע העוסק לפי סעיף 9, או כי המחיר לשיעורין גבוה מהמחיר במזומן, רשאי הצרכן לשלם לפי הסכום הנמוך, זולת אם הוכיח העוסק כי מקור אי ההתאמה בטעות בתום לב שהצרכן יכול היה להבחין בה בנסיבות העסקה.
